The 61st Annual
Convention of the
American Bell Association
International, Inc.
The Sheraton Baltimore
North Hotel In Baltimore's Suburb of Towson, Maryland |
|
Carol Jurin, Convention Chair ~ Gary Childress,
Hotel Coordinator |
Baltimore was founded in 1729,
but it wasn't incorporated until 1796. The name was chosen to honor the title of
Maryland's founding family, the six Lords Baltimore. The city grew and became an
important shipbuilding center, where merchants prospered and the city's port
flourished. It was the third largest city in the nation by 1860 and today is the
13th largest.
Baltimore--
it’s not so much a place as an experience. With
over 130 major attractions, this
city can deliver all kinds of fun-- and that's one of the many reasons why the
ABA chose this city for its 61st annual convention!

Spear and the ABA's beloved and esteemed Louise Collins, among
others. Currently the Chairman of the Metropolitan New York Chapter, Terry is
