Barbaran Bell from 1853

Postby Bellgirl6 » Mon Feb 14, 2011 6:47 pm

I have done extensive research on my French Bell and have found that there has been great interest. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I spoke with a man on the phone from Antiques Road Show and he said it's worth probably 2-5 but could be worth a lot more. Any reputable buying companies out there, or places where to sell it?

here's some info on bell.

your bell has a long crack starting at the top and going down and around the body. and it will get longer over time..that hurts the value for any bell company to buy it....

In response- the crack does not go all the way around the bell. Any ideas on where to sell would be ever so helpful!

You might check with www.brosamersbells.com . The crack might make Bob less interested in this bell, but if you are looking to sell, he might be interested in making an offer.
