Help on finding bell manufacturer

I have a farm bell, about 17". The only markings are "USA 3" on the top of the "hanger" and a 3 on the part where the bolts go into the post. The bell has about 3/4" bevel near the lip. Can anyone tell me the manufacturer? Thank you,
